Across TCGA patient cohorts, NABP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,962 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS1, S100A8, and GLI3. Each is linked with NABP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NABP1-to-partner and partner-to-NABP1 results are reported.
