NABP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NABP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-7, BOLA2P2, and MICE. Each is linked with NABP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NABP1-to-partner and partner-to-NABP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-7 grouped by NABP1-low versus NABP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
