Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NABP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,930 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SP100, CATSPER1, and CCN1. Each is linked with NABP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NABP1-to-partner and partner-to-NABP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NABP1 versus SP100 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
