Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAB2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher NAB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
READ, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where NAB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
