Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAB2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAB2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NAB2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where NAB2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
