NAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,955 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAB2_S162, NAB2_S147, and NAB2_S171. Each is linked with NAB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB2-to-partner and partner-to-NAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAB2 versus NAB2_S162 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
