Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGES3, KANSL2, and CKS1B. Each is linked with NAB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB2-to-partner and partner-to-NAB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAB2 versus PTGES3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
