NAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4733, POLR3KP2, and SEPTIN7P4. Each is linked with NAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB2-to-partner and partner-to-NAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4733 grouped by NAB2-low versus NAB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
