NAB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,501 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEMP2, WRNIP1, and HOXD3. Each is linked with NAB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAB1 versus NEMP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
