Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, C-Raf, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with NAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NAB1 results are reported.
