Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,575 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, Centrosome duplication, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with NAB1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NAB1 results are reported.
