Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAALADL2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NAALADL2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher NAALADL2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAALADL2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.

THCA, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where NAALADL2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
