Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAALAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,847 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALAD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA catabolic process, Heterochromatin formation, and Regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with NAALAD2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALAD2-to-partner and partner-to-NAALAD2 results are reported.
