NAALAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAALAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 360 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHIA, COX6A2, and PRR20G. Each is linked with NAALAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALAD2-to-partner and partner-to-NAALAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHIA grouped by NAALAD2-low versus NAALAD2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
