Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAAA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAAA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COTL1, EVL, and IL16. Each is linked with NAAA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAAA-to-partner and partner-to-NAAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAAA versus COTL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
