Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAAA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, CD2, and CD48. Each is linked with NAAA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAAA-to-partner and partner-to-NAAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAAA versus GZMK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
