Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAAA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP62, RNA5SP176, and MIR1263. Each is linked with NAAA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAAA-to-partner and partner-to-NAAA results are reported.
