NAA80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA80-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPMP2, OR4A48P, and RNA5SP131. Each is linked with NAA80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA80-to-partner and partner-to-NAA80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPMP2 grouped by NAA80-low versus NAA80-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA80→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
