NAA60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,685 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA60-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF263, ZSCAN32, and MGRN1. Each is linked with NAA60 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA60-to-partner and partner-to-NAA60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA60 versus ZNF263 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA60→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
