The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher NAA50 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAA50 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where NAA50 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
