Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA50-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGA1, RBMS3, and FAM13C. Each is linked with NAA50 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA50-to-partner and partner-to-NAA50 results are reported.
