Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAA40 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAA40 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NAA40 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAA40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where NAA40 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
