Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,658 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA40-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIP1, TMEM223, and FAM111B. Each is linked with NAA40 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA40-to-partner and partner-to-NAA40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA40 versus STIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA40→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
