NAA40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA40-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with NAA40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA40-to-partner and partner-to-NAA40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by NAA40-low versus NAA40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA40→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
