Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,106 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Centrosome duplication, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with NAA40 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA40-to-partner and partner-to-NAA40 results are reported.
