Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P14, ARPP19P2, and TRAJ21. Each is linked with NAA25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA25-to-partner and partner-to-NAA25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P14 grouped by NAA25-low versus NAA25-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA25→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
