Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA25-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, 14-3-3_beta, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with NAA25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA25-to-partner and partner-to-NAA25 results are reported.
