NAA20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,723 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, XRN2, and KIF16B. Each is linked with NAA20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA20-to-partner and partner-to-NAA20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA20 versus TRMT6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA20→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
