NAA20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,959 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA20-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4B, MACORIS, and SRSF9. Each is linked with NAA20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA20-to-partner and partner-to-NAA20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA20 versus C4B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA20→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
