NAA20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, CCL5, and PRAG1. Each is linked with NAA20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA20-to-partner and partner-to-NAA20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by NAA20-low versus NAA20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA20→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
