Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAA15 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAA15 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NAA15 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAA15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NAA15 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
