Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ28, FCGR1A, and PATL1. Each is linked with NAA15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA15-to-partner and partner-to-NAA15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ28 grouped by NAA15-low versus NAA15-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
