Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAA11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAA11 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher NAA11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAA11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, ESCA, and LGG are the cancer types where NAA11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
