NAA11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM22, PSMC3IP, and RN7SL294P. Each is linked with NAA11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA11-to-partner and partner-to-NAA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM22 grouped by NAA11-low versus NAA11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
