NAA11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,510 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYDGF, TENT5A, and SLC39A7. Each is linked with NAA11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA11-to-partner and partner-to-NAA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA11 versus MYDGF in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
