NAA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,034 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NKRF, EMD, and PHF6. Each is linked with NAA10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA10-to-partner and partner-to-NAA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA10 versus NKRF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
