Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-766P, NDUFAF2P1, and RN7SL32P. Each is linked with NAA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA10-to-partner and partner-to-NAA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-766P grouped by NAA10-low versus NAA10-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
