Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,270 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Regulation of protein refolding, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with NAA10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA10-to-partner and partner-to-NAA10 results are reported.
