The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher N6AMT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated N6AMT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where N6AMT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
