Across TCGA cell cohorts, N6AMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible N6AMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Lipoprotein transport. Each is linked with N6AMT1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N6AMT1-to-partner and partner-to-N6AMT1 results are reported.
