Across TCGA patient cohorts, N4BP2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,717 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible N4BP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHA, CXCL8, and RAP1AP. Each is linked with N4BP2L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, N4BP2L1 versus LDHA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
