Across TCGA patient cohorts, N4BP2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible N4BP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, SNX18P23, and MIR4774. Each is linked with N4BP2L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by N4BP2L1-low versus N4BP2L1-high in LUSC.
