Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, N4BP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,733 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible N4BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLI, ADAM15, and NR3C2. Each is linked with N4BP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP2-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, N4BP2 versus POLI in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (N4BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→N4BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
