Across TCGA cell cohorts, N4BP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,878 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible N4BP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with N4BP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP2-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP2 results are reported.
