N4BP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, N4BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,880 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible N4BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL2BP, N4BP1_S300, and DNAJA2. Each is linked with N4BP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP1-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, N4BP1 versus ARL2BP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (N4BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→N4BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
