Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, N4BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible N4BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, FoxM1, and MEK1. Each is linked with N4BP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP1-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by N4BP1-low versus N4BP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (N4BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→N4BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
