Across TCGA cell cohorts, N4BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,421 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible N4BP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with N4BP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP1-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP1 results are reported.
