MZT2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,455 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZT2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM2_S139, and MCM2_S27. Each is linked with MZT2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MZT2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MZT2A versus MCM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
