MZT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,324 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP3, IPO5, and CXCR2. Each is linked with MZT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZT1-to-partner and partner-to-MZT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
