Across TCGA cell cohorts, MZT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,190 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to kinetochore, Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, and Regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with MZT1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZT1-to-partner and partner-to-MZT1 results are reported.
